摘要
文章针对目前火电厂清洁生产评价体系存在的不足,利用模糊数学理论建立多级模糊综合评价模型,该模型在对火电厂进行清洁生产评价的同时,也指出其清洁生产的不足之处;利用该模型对3个具有可比性的同类型火电厂进行清洁生产评价,根据多级评价过程和结果,分别指出其需要重点改进的因素。多级模糊综合评价减少了主观性,增加了评价的可信度,有利于进一步挖掘火电企业清洁生产的潜力。
In view of the existing deficiencies in cleaner production evaluation systems of thermal power plants,a multi-level fussy comprehensive evaluation model is built by using the fuzzy mathematics theory in this paper.By using this model,the deficiencies in the evaluation of power plants can be found out while evaluating the cleaner production in thermal power plants.The model is used to evaluate the cleaner production of three comparable power plants.According to the multi-level evaluation process and results,the important factors for improvement are pointed out respectively.The multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can reduce the subjectivity and increase the credibility of the evaluation,which helps to further tap the potentials of cleaner production of thermal power enterprises.
