摘要
研究一种直接回收PVC软硬共挤门窗废料制备热塑性弹性体的方法。实验结果表明,添加一定的CPE(氯化聚乙烯)、DOP(邻苯二甲酸二辛酯)、碳酸钙等助剂,经加工改性后,由PVC门窗软硬共挤废料制成的热塑性弹性体力学性能可达到塑料门窗、客车门窗密封条的国家标准。
A recycled hard and soft co-extruded PVC profile waste was used to prepare PVC thermoplastic elastomers by using PVC hard and soft co-extrudsion method and adding the additives including CPE ,DOP, CaCO3. The experimental results showed that the performance of the prepared PVC thermoplastic elastomers met the national standards of plastic window and door seal strip.
