聚烯烃弹性体共混物制备及与不同相容剂共混后的性能 被引量:3

Preparation and performance of polyolefin elastomer blends mixed by different compatilizers

摘要 利用双螺杆挤出机制备了聚烯烃弹性体共混物,讨论了弹性体含量对聚烯烃弹性体性能的影响,同时在共混体系中加入不同种类的相容剂,并对共混物的力学性能及热力学性能进行评价。结果表明:随着弹性体用量的增加,聚烯烃弹性体的硬度,熔体流动速率,负荷变形温度都随之降低。以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝聚丙烯或苯乙烯接枝聚丙烯为相容剂时,聚烯烃弹性体力学性能均有所提高,当接枝物用量为2 phr时,综合效果最佳,可同时提高材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度;马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯的加入使聚烯烃弹性体的拉伸强度变差,冲击强度提高,并可大幅提高材料的低温(-23℃)抗冲击性能。 Polyolefin elastomer blends were prepared by twin-screw extruder.The effects of elastomer contents on the properties of polyolefin elastomers were discussed.Different compatibilizers were added to the blends respectively and the mechanical and thermal properties of the blends were observed as well.The results show that the hardness,melt flow rate and deflection temperature of the polyolefin elastomer decrease with the addition of elastomers.The mechanical properties of polyolefin elastomers are improved with glycidyl methacrylate grafted polypropylene(PP-g-GMA)or styrene grafted polypropylene(PP-g-St)as compatibilizer.The tensile strength and impact strength of the blends are improved at the same time when the amount of grafted material is 2 phr.The addition of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(PP-g-MAH)deteriorates the tensile strength of the polyolefin elastomer and enhances the impact strength,while the addition of PP-g-MAH can greatly improve the impact resistance of the material at-23℃.
