摘要
用氢氧化铝和氢氧化锂制备铝盐吸附剂,研究了其对锂的吸附性能。结果表明,在Al(OH)3/Li(OH)摩尔比为2.0,酸洗时间3~4h.酸洗pH为5.8的条件下制备出的铝盐吸附剂,对锂离子的吸附性能稳定,吸附量可达到0.6~0.9mg.g^-1,而且对卤水中锂的选择性较高,对Mg^2+,Na^+,K^+等金属离子基本不吸附。
The preparation of aluminum salt adsorbent using Al (OH)3 and LiOH was described. Then the display of lithium adsorption capacity out of salt-lake bittern was concerned. The experimental results confinned that the optimal synthesis conditions were 2.0 of the Al(OH)3/Li(OH) molar ratio, 3 - 4 h of the acid-treating time and 5.8 of the acid-treating pH adjustment. The aluminum salt adsorbent prepared under those conditions showed high adsorption stability and the uptake of Li ^+ ions from salt-lake bittern could usually reach 0.6- 0.9 mg·g^-1. Great selectivity of Li^+ ions rather than other alkali or alkaline-earth metal ions was found in the multi-ions simulative bittern experiments.
