大型复杂ZTC4合金铸件的充型凝固过程模拟 被引量:3

Numerical Simulation of Filling and Solidification of Large Complex ZTC4 Alloy Castings

摘要 以ZTC4合金框形铸件为对象,用Solidworks建模,用Meshcast软件进行网格剖分,解决了三维模型与网格分析软件之间的接口问题。采用Pro-cast软件分析了铸件充型过程中液体流动及温度场分布规律,预测了铸件中缩孔、铁豆易出现的位置,预测结果与铸件实际情况相吻合。将分析结论应用于同类型更大更复杂的框形铸件的工艺优化中,避免了同类缺陷的发生。 Interface problem in the three-dimensional model and the software which was used to mesh the grid was resolved by modeling with the Solidworks and meshing grid with the Meshcast. Flow field and temperature field of ZTC4 frame-shaped parts during filling and solidification process were visualized to predict the possible location of shrinkage porosity and cold shut in the parts, which is well in agreement with the practical product. The simulated results were applied to optimize the process of the same type castings with the larger size and more complex structure, avoiding the generation of the similar defects.
