摘要
对外汉语专业是近年我国许多高校增列的新兴专业之一。一个新的专业开设后,人才培养目标、人才培养基础及所培养人才的去向等都是有待于深入探讨的问题。从人才培养模式的基本结构要素入手,通过对福建省开设对外汉语专业的地方本科院校进行实地考察和资料调研,结合我校对外汉语专业建设实践,分析人才培养目标、课程设置、师资队伍建设、学生实践就业等方面的情况,探讨对外汉语教学人才的培养模式。
Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language （TCFL for short） is one of new disciplines in the universities in China in recent years. However, after the establishment of a new discipline, there exist some problems to be solved, such as objectives of education, foundation of the program, and working orientation of the graduates. Starting from the basic structural elements of the educational mode, this paper tries to analyze the situation, curriculum design, construction of teachers, and students＇ practice and employment. The analysis is based on the field study and documents on the universities that have set up the TCFL in Fujian, together with the practice of TCFL in Longyan University. Furthermore, this paper is also discussing a proper education mode fit for TCFL teaching.
