摘要
高等教育肩负着为国家培养创新型人才的历史重任,但行政管理专业创新人才培养仍存在缺乏创新培养理念、课堂教学设计不合理、学生参与主动性低等问题。需要在扬弃传统教学方法的基础上,通过研究型教学模式的运用,以学生为中心,营造氛围,提高教师实施研究型教学的积极性,改革教学评价与考核重结果轻过程的方式,从而实现课堂教学、实验教学和实践教学的统一。
Higher education shoulders the historical responsibility of cultivating innovative talents for the country,but there are still some problems in the cultivation of innovative talents for the major of administration,such as the lack of innovative cultivation idea,the unreasonable design of classroom teaching,and the low initiative of students to participate,etc.On the basis of sublating the traditional teaching methods,in order to achieve the goal of classroom teaching,we should take students as the center,create an atmosphere,improve the enthusiasm of teachers to implement research-oriented teaching,and reform the way of teaching evaluation and assessment,which emphasizes the results and ignores the process,it is necessary to realize the unity of classroom teaching,experimental teaching and practical teaching through the application of research-oriented teaching model.
