摘要
本次实验测定碳酸钙、氧化钙、氧化铁、二氧化锰以及氧化镧五种添加剂分别对煤粉燃烧性能的影响。将实验得出的数据通过与仪器配套的计算机软件进行取值分析,得出结论是各添加剂的助燃效果最好时的百分含量为:碳酸钙添加剂含量4%,氧化钙添加剂含量5%,氧化铁添加剂含量3%,添加剂二氧化锰含量2%和5%,氧化镧添加含量为1%,4%和6%。根据综合曲线分析,推荐使用二氧化锰、氧化镧和氧化铁。
This experiment tested the ability of consuming of the coal with addition agents, the addition agents had been chosen are lime carbonate, burnt lime, ferric iron oxide, manganese and lanthanum oxide. Then analysis the data that is obtained by the experiment with the help of the software: he conclusion based on the result of the experiment that the best effect of the catalytic combustion are obtained when the percents of addition agents are as follows: lime carbonate 4%, burnt lime5%, ferric iron oxide 3%, manganese 2% and 5% and lanthanum oxide 1%,4% and 6%. With the help of curve comprehensive analysis the use of manganese, lanthanum oxide and ferric iron oxide are recommended.
