摘要
在实验室条件下研究了高炉大喷煤中未燃煤粉对炉渣粘度等性能的影响。研究表明,未燃煤粉作为熔体中的悬浮固体质点使炉渣粘度大大增加,因此高炉要实现大喷煤操作必须提高煤粉燃烧率。
The effects on slag viscosity caused by unburned pulverized coal during the process of injecting pulverized coal are presented. The experiment conducted in the lab shows that the slag viscosity increases greatly because UPC behaves as solid particle suspending in the melt. Therefore, it's essential to improve the coal combustion rate to practice higher injection.
