摘要
在线式实时腐蚀监测技术是石油化工生产装置防腐蚀的重要手段,已广泛应用于生产装置,但是针对现场数据的误差分析与处理研究还很少,很大程度上影响了在线实时监测技术的有效应用。文章以在线实时监测技术中常用的电阻探针技术为例,着重对其误差来源和数据的分析处理方法进行了探讨,给出了误差处理数学模型的解析过程,对在线监测系统程序设计具有指导意义。
Online real - time corrosion monitoring technology is the major measure for corrosion protection in oil refining and petrochemical production facilities, which has been widely applied in commercial operation. However, the in -sufiqcient error analysis and treatment of site data has greatly affected the effective application of online real - time monitoring technology to a great extent. Therefore, on the basis of common online real - time monitoring probe techniques, the error sources and methods of data analysis and treatment are studied and the process of the mathematical models for error treatment is described ,which is of instructional significance for programming the design of the online monitoring system.
