摘要
灰色文献蕴涵着大量信息内容,在学术研究和科学决策中具有其它文献所不可替代的重要作用。介绍了在现有存贮条件下,以金盘图书馆集成管理系统为例,充分利用VMware虚拟机技术,开发、应用、管理灰色文献。论证说明该技术也可以推广到其它图书管理系统中,发挥更大的应用价值,为灰色文献的搜集、整理以及检索服务提供了新的思路。
Gray literature, containing large amount of information, has un-replaceable and important effect on academic research and science strategy. This article took Golden Disk library integrated management system as an example under nowadays memory conditions, introduced how to use VMware virtual machine technology to develop, apply and manage gray literature. The author demonstrated that this technology also could popularize to other library management system, with strong application value, which could offer new ideas for the searching, sorting, and retrieval service of gray literature.
