摘要
如何设计中小校长培训课程，对校长培训效果有着重要影响。培训课程设计应以中小学校长的岗位要求、校长专业标准以及中小学教育改革和发展过程中所面临的具体问题为出发点，依据课程设计理论，遵循校长专业成长规律，科学合理地建构中小学校长培训课程体系。
The curriculum for training primary and secondary school principles has an important effect on their professional development. It should be based on principles＇ real needs, position requirements and professional standards. In addition, the practical problems in curriculum reform, curriculum theory and rules of principles＇ development should be considered carefully.
