摘要
PUMA是BCL-2蛋白家族的促凋亡成员之一,可抑制肿瘤发生,并诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。PUMA表达增高可提高肿瘤细胞对化学药物及辐射的敏感性,其表达缺失可减轻正常细胞对辐射的损伤。
PUMA is a pro-apoptotic member of the BCL-2 family.PUMA can inhibit the occurrence of tumor and induce apoptosis of tumor cells.The up-regulated PUMA can increase the sensitivity of tumor cells to chemical substances and radiation,and the deletion of PUMA can protect the normal cells from radiation injury.
