摘要
EBH35型悬臂式掘进机非常适合于切割煤及半煤岩巷道,或者硬度低于f4的岩层。通过对掘进机遥控理论及应用的分析与研究,提出适合EBH35型掘进机可行的遥控方案。通过对掘进机的总体结构分析,根据系统的要求设计出基于CAN总线的总体遥控方案。遥控功能的实现需要解决远程控制箱设计、遥控控制系统设计两项关键技术。根据系统的输入输出要求选用HBC工业遥控器,并设计符合本项目的操作面板。车载控制器采用SPT-K系列控制器和显示模块,车载控制系统和遥控信号之间通过CANopen协议通讯,并编写遥控通讯程序。
The EBH35 boring machine is particularly suitable for cutting coal and half coal rocks,or rocks with a hardness below f4.Based on an analysis of the theory and application of the remote control for tunneling machines,feasible programs for the remote control of EBH35 boring machine were proposed.Through an analysis of the overall structure of the tunneling machine,the remote control program based on CAN bus was designed according to the requirements of the system.Two key technologies,i.e.design of the remote control box and the remote control system,are needed for the realization of the remote control function.According to the input and output requirements for the system,HBC industrial remote controls were selected,and the operating panel was designed to meet the requirements of the project.The SPT-K Series controller with the display module produced by the Finnish company EPEC was used as the vehicle controller.The vehicle control system communicated with the remote control signal through the CANopen protocol,and the remote communication coad was compiled.
