摘要
介绍一种以Pro/engineer三维设计软件的From Equation(根据曲线方程建立曲线)命令为基础再加上其它一些常用特征建构命令,如拉伸、切除、旋转复制和特征阵列等,介绍销齿摆线齿轮齿形的设计方法,指出建立摆线齿轮的摆线方程是完成齿形设计的关键所在。
The purpose is to propose a design method of Pin - tooth cycloidal gear （shown in Fig. 1） based upon ＂From Equation＂ and some other feature create commands （such as extrude, cut, symmetry, pattern etc. ） of Pro/engineer 3D CAD software. The proper tooth profile design highly relies on the establishment of the cycloidal equation of the gear.
