弱激光通过激活Src增强巨噬细胞吞噬功能 被引量:1

摘要 巨噬细胞对病原菌的吞噬以及随后的降解在机体免疫防御中起重要作用。近年来,对增强巨噬细胞吞噬能力的研究越来越被重视。弱激光具有独特的生物组织学作用特征,从而调节机体多种功能本文重点探讨了He-Ne激光(632.8 nm)照射对巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响及分子信号调控机理。实验结果表明,弱激光能够通过激活巨噬细胞内Src激酶增强巨噬细胞的吞噬能力。 Phagocytosis and subsequent degradation of pathogens by macrophages play a pivotal role in host innate im- munity in mammals. Laser irradiation has been found to produce photobiological effects with evidence of interference with organic functions, In this study, we focused our attention on the effects of He-Ne laser on the phagocytic activity of mac- rophages, the regulation mechanism of phagocytosis was also discussed. Our results indicated that Low-power laser irra- diation can enhance the phagocytosis of macrophage through activation of Src.
