原癌基因c-src相关信号通路的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 原癌基因c-src是人或动物细胞中固有的正常基因,在调控细胞的生长、发育、分化和其他生物学功能方面具有重要的作用。c-src及其表达产物Src蛋白是一种非受体酪氨酸蛋白激酶,通过复杂的网络途径及各种信号通路对细胞行为进行调控,参与了细胞内信号转导的过程。
