摘要
以创新人才培养为切入口,讨论特色专业建设中教学体系的构成、教学方法的改革、实验环境的建设和专业竞赛的激励机制等,总结培养创新型人才的经验和体会。
From innovative talents training of view,It＇s discussed the main aspects in construction of characteristic major,including composition of teaching system,reform of teaching method,building of experiment platform and motivation mechanism of major contest.It is also introduced experiences and understanding about training innovative talents.
