摘要
开放大学是我国高等教育事业发展的新生事物。先行试点的六家开放大学立足区域发展特色,科学发展,先行先试,力图为我国开放大学全面发展开创出富有成效的、具有示范性意义的建设模式。文章主要从八个维度来深入探讨开放大学建设过程中的重要问题。
The open university is a new thing for higher education development. Based on development characteristics, regional open universities insist on scientific development and innovation so as to inaugurate an effective construction model for China open univcrsies. From eight dimensions, the thesis defines deeply some questions of open university construction.
