摘要
《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》将"办好开放大学"列为构建灵活开放的终身教育体系的一项重要措施。于是,关于开放大学建设的研究,一时成为学术界的热点话题。学者们就"为什么要办开放大学"、"怎么办好开放大学"和"办成什么样的开放大学"等,进行了多视角的研究并产出了一批有影响的成果。同时,对开放大学的学科建设、国际化、学生学习评价、质量提高、学分认证、学分银行建设等教学与管理中的问题,也进行了有意义的探索。随着开放大学建设步伐的加快,一些理论和实际工作中必须解决的问题,也摆在人们的面前。
China＇s National Plan for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development（2010-2012） states that running Open University is an important measure for building a flexible and open system for lifelong education.Hence,the research on Open University becomes a hot issue in academic circles.The scholars do some researches on the problems ＂ why we run Open University＂,＂how to run Open University well＂ and ＂what kind of Open University we will run＂ from many perspectives,and they have made a series of influential achievements.Meanwhile,the teaching and management problems associated with discipline construction,globalization,evaluation of students＇ learning,quality improvement,recognition of credits and construction of the credit bank have been discussing.With the accelerating pace of the construction of Open University,some theoretical and practical issues should also be solved.
