摘要
目的:从代谢综合征的中医认识入手分析中医证侯及与胰岛素抵抗关系,并进行总结,为今后的进一步深入研究提供思路。方法:查阅1979-2010年有关代谢综合征中医分型及与胰岛素抵抗相关的137篇中医文献,按统计结果列出出现次数比较多的证型,并对各证型出现的临床指标频次等进行数据统计。结论:代谢综合征主要累及肝脾肾三脏,早期以气阴两虚多见,中期以痰湿壅盛多见,后期以阴阳两虚多见。而脂质代谢异常多发生在痰浊阻遏证和痰湿壅盛证,以痰浊阻遏证更为显著,体重指数异常以痰瘀互结证为主;脂联素异常以瘀血阻络证为主;血压异常以肝火上亢为多见。
Having accurately knowledge to etiology and pathogenesis of Metabolic Syndrome（MS）,and systematically retrieving the literatures on correlation between Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） syndrome differentiation and insulin resistance in patients with MS from 1979 to 2010,we found 137 literatures about it totally,then we listed the number of TCM syndrome differentiation more so as to analyze comprehensively multiple clinical indexes in differentiations.The results were as follows：The MS involved the liver,spleen and kidney,Qi Yin deficiency was based on the early-stage,abundance of phlegm and dampness was subjected to middle-stage,and the last-stage was mainly yin-yang deficiency.The abnormal lipid metablism occurred in the differentiation of phlegm dampness,more,phlegm and blood stasis of collaterals was the main syndrome type in the abnormal Body Mass Index（BMI）,blood blockade was chief in the abnormal adiponectin,and disturbing upward of liver-yang was the main in the abnormal blood pressure.
