摘要
对利益相关者及外部利益相关者进行了理论阐述,梳理了国内外大型体育赛事利益相关者的研究现状。目前国内对大型体育赛事利益相关者的研究还比较匮乏,没有把利益相关者理论运用到大型体育赛事运营管理理论和实践中去。依据米切尔评分法理论,把大型体育赛事的主要外部利益相关者界定为主办地政府、主办地社区、赞助商、媒介和观众,并对主要外部利益相关者对大型体育赛事产生的影响进行了分析。
With the research method of literature study, the paper discusses the theory of interest stakeholders and extemal interest stakcholders and summersizes the current researches of domestic and overscas interest stakeholders of the large sports competitions. The paper proposes that the domestic researches about large sports competitions are systematic but there are inadequate researches about interest stakeholders of large sports competitions. The theory of interest stakeholders is not used in the practice of large sports competition management. According to Mitchell score - based approach, the paper defines the main in terest stakeholders of large sports competitions as government of hosting places, community of hosting places, sponsors, media and audience. The paper also discusses the influence of the main external interest stakeholders on the large sports competitions.
