摘要
介绍了鄂尔多斯博物馆双曲异型金属屋面系统的结构与构造设计原理、节点的设计思路和相关的施工技术,对从屋面最外面的装饰面板到连接件、防水层、保温层、隔热层、隔声层以及排水屋面构造、除雪融冰系统、防雷系统、清洗机构等的设计中碰到的难点和关键技术逐一作出分析,提出的解决办法确保了屋面的安全性能和使用功能。
The article introduces structural and constructional design principle,detail design and construction technologies of the special-shaped hyperboloid metal roof of Ordos Museum,analyses difficulties and key technologies in the design,including decorative face plate,connecting piece,waterproofing layer,thermal insulation layer,sound insulation layer,roof drainage,snow removal and thawing system,lightening protection system,and cleaning system and provides solutions for the aforesaid,resulting in safety and performance ensured.
