摘要
用氧化镁为原料进行烟气脱硫并回收硫酸,脱硫效率达97%,仅补充8%的氧化镁,其余的镁循环使用,脱下的硫制成硫酸产品。介绍了技术原理、工艺说明、设备及工艺参数、技术特点等,对回收硫酸和氧化镁循环使用等综合利用技术经济进行了分析。该方法充分利用氧化镁的资源优势,具有技术成熟、流程短、脱硫效率高、运行费用低、无二次污染、脱硫剂消耗少等优点,经济效益显著,有较好的推广利用前景。
Using magnesia as raw materials for flue gas desulfurization and recovery of sulfuric acid,its desulfurization efficiency reaches 97%.Only 8% of the supplement of magnesium,recycling of sulfur acid produced products.The principle,process technology,equipment,and process parameters,technical characteristics of magnesium sulfate are introduced.The recovery and recycling economic comprehensive utilization technology are analyzed.This method makes full use of magnesium oxide resource,mature technology,process of high efficiency,short,desulfurization low operating cost,no pollution,the desulfurizer consumption and the economic benefit is remarkable.There are vast promotion prospects.
