摘要
目的：探讨养胃合剂对放疗荷瘤小鼠免疫系统的影响。方法：采用细胞培养及甲基噻唑基四唑法，观察养胃合剂（ＹＷ） 对荷瘤小鼠放射后脾脏淋巴细胞转化率的影响。结果：ＹＷ 能增强Ｔ淋巴细胞转化率，减轻放射线对小鼠的免疫毒性。结论：ＹＷ 可增强荷瘤小鼠放疗后的细胞免疫功能。
Aim:To observe the protective effects of YANGWEIHEJI on mice immunologic system after radiation of carcinoma. Methods:Both cell culture and MTT (methyl thiazoly tetrazolium) were used to observe the proliferation of mice splenic lymphocytes, YW is used for 15 days after radiation.Results:YW did promote the proliferation of mice splenic lymphocytes and reduce the side-effects of radiotherapy.Conclusion:YW would increase cellular immunity of mice after radiation of carcinoma.
