车用汽油机流动过程模拟及基于DoE的配气相位优化 被引量:17

摘要 以某可变配气定时汽油机为原型,利用BOOST软件建立了流动过程模型并进行标定。运用DoE方法对原机的配气相位进行了优化,获得外特性时对应的最优配气相位。模拟计算显示:发动机采用优化的配气相位后,充气效率和转矩在外特性低速段下,最大优化率达10%。 Gas flow process model based on a variable valve timing gasoline engine was established by using AVL BOOST software and calibrated.Its valve timing was optimized using DOE method to find the best valve timing for engine full load speed characteristics.Simulation computation shows that by optimization of the valve timing engine volumetric efficiency and torque are improved above 10 % in lower speed region of full load speed characteristics.
