摘要
情报失察是情报界关注的重要研究课题,而有关情报失察的研究焦点已经愈发集中在情报分析阶段,尤其关注情报分析人员心理对情报失察的影响。借鉴误判心理学的理论和方法,考察情报分析中容易导致情报失察的心理倾向。通过文献调查法,将经典情报误判案例中的误判心理因素进行分类。
Intelligence oversight is a major concern in intelligence research. Research of oversight has increasingly focused on intelli- gence analysis stage, especially on the impact of psychology of analysts. Drawing on the content of the psychology of misjudgement, this paper examines psychological tendencies which can easily lead to intelligence oversight. Survey of＇ the literatureis used to classfy psychological factors in classic cases of intelligence oversight.
