摘要
我国中越边境是十多个少数民族的聚居地,在长期的历史发展过程中,各族人民创造了独特且具有民族风情的传统体育文化.面对我国全面建设小康社会的激昂斗志,面对民族文化同政治经济的相互交融,开发与保护少数民族体育文化,对于建设富强、民主、文明的少数民族地区,促进民族地区体育事业的发展,加强各民族间文化交流与合作,提高国民身体素质,丰富社会文化生活具有重要的现实意义.
Along the frontier between China and Vietnam, there are more than ten minorities living there. In the long history all of the minorities created particular, folk--characteristic traditional sports culture. At the opportunity moment of building a well--off society in an all--round way, combining national culture with politics and economy, develop and protect minority sports culture will be realistic and meaning- ful for building minority zone into a rich, democratic and civilized one, for developing minority sports enterprise, for strengthening culture exchange and cooperation of all minorities, for enhancing all people＇ s consti- tution, for enriching social culture life.
