摘要
以贵州师范学院500名2009级新生为调查对象,从学习适应性、角色适应性、职业选择适应性等七个方面分析大学新生的学校适应性状况,并从学习、人际关系、心理及环境等方面提出合理建议,为转型时期的高校培养出合格的大学生,促进大学新生更快地适应环境提供参考。
500 selected freshmen in Guizhou Normal College are investigated with the College Student Adaptability Inventory（CSAI）.And the study suitability,role suitability and occupation select suitability etc.are analyzed.Some suggestions are given from the aspects of study,the relationship,mental state and environment etc.which will help to promote the quick college life adaptability of the freshmen.
