摘要
本文对低碳发展问题的基本含义进行了解读,讨论了低碳发展与低碳经济的关系,提出当前中国应该正确认识工业化、城市化所面临的挑战,树立正确的思想观念,并寻求有效的途径实现低碳发展。
This paper unscrambles the basic meaning of the low-carbon development,which discusses the relation between low-carbon development and low-carbon economy.It voices that China should have a correct understanding of the challenges faced by industrialization and urbanization.And we should set up the proper idea and seek an effective measure that makes the low-carbon development come true.
