摘要
张仲景十分重视脾胃的作用,形成了独特的顾护胃气的学术思想。在呼吸衰竭诊治中重视顾护胃气,对促进化痰、抗感染、调节胃肠道功能、早期脱离机械通气等均具有十分重要的临床价值。
ZHANG Zhong-jing payed great attention to the role of the spleen and stomach,and developed a unique academic thought of nursing Guweiqi.Clinically,under the guidance of this theory,we achieved many important effects on dissolving phlegm,fighting infection,regulating gastrointestinal function and weaning from mechanical ventilation early.
