摘要
为探明茶叶提取物———茶多酚复合物(TPP) 抗肿瘤作用及其机理;采用脱咖啡碱的高纯度TPP进行动物体内外抑瘤作用和对细胞免疫功能影响的实验测定。结果表明:EAC 或S180 鼠分别ig40 ,80 和120mg/(kg·d) 的TPP,对EAC的抑制率分别为65-3 % ,51-0 % 和48-7 % ;对S180 的抑制率为66-3 % ,68-5 % 和59-8 % ;EAC 鼠的胸腺指数比对照组分别提高50-7 % ,40-6 % 和19-8 % ;脾指数提高34-4 % ,31-1 % 和20-0 % ;S180 鼠的胸腺指数也分别提高了66-2 % ,47-2 % 和48-1 % ;脾指数也略有增高。离体细胞培养测定TPP对致敏T淋巴细胞的粘瘤和钻瘤活性,结果显示:各TPP组EAC鼠的胸腺或脾淋巴细胞对自体瘤细胞的ATI和ETI均明显高于对照组(P< 0-01) 。正常小鼠ig60mg/(kg·d)的TPP,连续给药12d 后,腹腔M吞噬CRBC的百分率和吞噬指数比对照组分别增加69-6 % 和68-7 % 。因此认为TPP不仅具有明显抑制肿瘤的生长,而且还能增强和调节机体的非特异性免疫功能。
The dynamic changes of celluar immune function and anticancer effect of tea polyphenols (TPP) in the mice bearing EAC and S180 tumor were investigated The results showed that at the doses of 40,80 and 120mg/kg·d 1 by ig administration for 10 days in the mice bearing tumor, the TPP can inhibit the EAC and S180 tumor growth, markedly increase their thymus and splenic lymphocytes adhering to tumor cell and emperipolesis index in vitro cultures ( P <0 01) The experimental results also indicated that the TPP could increase the phagocytosis of macrophage, at a dose of 60mg/kg by ig administration for 12 days in normal mice It suggested that anticarcinogenic mechanism of TPP possibly included both cellular immune function and inhibition of tumor growth
