摘要
介绍了利用比色法测定橙汁饮料中柚皮苷的方法。柚皮苷与一缩二乙二醇反应显色,在420 nm波长下测定其吸光度,建立柚皮苷含量与吸光度的线性方程为D(λ)=3.473 2ρ+0.008 9,线性范围为0 g/L^0.24 g/L,r=0.998 9,平均回收率为97.49%,相对标准偏差为2.85%。该方法具有简便、快速、准确的特点,适用于含有此类物质饮料的检测。
The paper established a method to determination of naringin in beverages by colorimetry.The naringain produced colour with diethylene glycerol that was quantitated in the 420 nm wavelength.The calibration curve was D(λ)=3.473 2 ρ+0.008 9 in the range from 0 g /L to 10.24 g /L(r=0.9989) for naringin.The average recovery was 97.49%with RSD of 2.85%.The method is simple,rapid,and accurate.It is suitable for determination of contents of naringin in beverage.
