摘要
目的分析毛鸡骨草药材及其醇提取物中的无机元素。方法采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱和电感耦合等离子体质谱法。结果对鸡骨草和毛鸡骨草药材中的29种无机元素进行半定量分析,定量分析了毛鸡骨草及其体积分数50%乙醇提取物中17种无机元素。结论鸡骨草和毛鸡骨草所含无机元素的种类相似,毛鸡骨草乙醇提取物中的有害元素含量明显降低。
Objective To analyze inorganic elements in Abrus mollis and its extract.Methods Inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry（ICP-AES） and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry（ICP-MS） were used.Results 29 inorganic elements in A.mollis and A.cantoniensis were analyzed by ICP-AES.The content of 17 kinds of elements in A.mollis and its extract was determined by ICP-MS.Conclusion The species of inorganic elements in A.mollis and A.cantoniensis are similar.The content of harmful elements in ethanol extract of A.mollis is reduced significantly
