摘要
目的:制备甲状腺素型心肌肥厚大鼠模型,并对其进行评价。方法:选用250g左右的雄性SD大鼠注射L-甲状腺素,制备甲状腺素型心肌肥厚模型(n=15),同时设置对照组。连续注射10天,检测大鼠超声心动图指标、全心质量指数(heart mass index,HMI)及左室质量指数(left ventricular mass index,LVMI),并观察心肌组织形态学变化。结果:与对照组相比,模型大鼠室间隔舒张末期厚度(IVSTd)左室后壁舒张末期厚度(LVPWTd)及左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)均有显著性提高;全心质量指数及左室质量指数显著增加;模型大鼠心肌组织出现明显肥厚病理学改变。结论:注射L-甲状腺素可成功制备心肌肥厚动物模型。
Objective:To establish and evaluate levothyoxine- induced hypertrophy model in rats. Methods Male Sprague- Dawly (SD) rats with body weight obout :250 g were divided into two groups:left ventricular hypertrophy group( LVH, n = 15)and control group (n = 15). Levothyoxine hypertrophy was induced by injected lcvothyoxine. Echocardiogram parameters, heart mass index(HMI) and left ventricular mass index(LVMI)were measured after 10 days. Pathological changes of left ventricular tissue were observed. Results Comparedwith control group, IVSTd.LVPWTd.LVDd in LYH group were obviously enhanced in vivo. HMI and LVMI increased remarkably in LVH group. Severe hypertrophic changes were shown in heart tissue of LVH rats by pathology, Conclusion The rat model of levothyoxine - induced hypertrophy was established successfully by this way.
