摘要
通过对抓钢机电吸盘液压系统的研究,提出一种电吸盘液压系统方案,介绍其结构和工作原理,并结合实例进行液压系统主要参数的选取和计算;利用AMESim软件进行液压系统的动态特性仿真,仿真结果表明设计的系统可行性强。
Through researching the electric suction system of hydraulic grasping steel machine, the scheme of the electric suction hydraulic system was presented and its structure and working principle were introduced. The selections and calculations of the main parameters of the hydraulic system were explained by an example. The system was simulated by AMESim. The simulation result indicates that the system has strong adaptability.
