摘要
杭州东站为桥建合一的大型铁路枢纽站,集站房、国铁、磁悬浮及地铁于一体,建筑外形复杂,建筑面积约为26万m2。主站房为地下1层,地上2层(局部3层)的框架结构,首层(站台层)及以下基本为(预应力)钢筋混凝土结构,首层以上为钢结构。屋盖采用斜倒锥形椭圆钢管柱和斜钢管格构柱+大跨度变截面钢管空间桁架的钢框架结构;最大柱距为46.55m的大跨度商业夹层采用斜倒锥形椭圆钢管柱+实腹钢梁(或蜂窝梁)框架结构;高架层为钢管混凝土柱+钢桁架+钢次梁楼盖结构;站台层中站场桥梁为双向框架钢骨梁+钢管混凝土柱结构,而站台层中线侧为预应力混凝土梁+钢管混凝土柱结构。站房结构体系受力明确、直接,与建筑形态的要求相结合。通过大量的结构分析和必要的结构和节点试验,对复杂结构和节点理论分析进行验证;对候车厅层和商业夹层的大跨度钢楼盖的竖向舒适度进行了初步分析并采用TMD减振;通过设置防震缝降低结构温度作用和提高结构经济性。在确保结构安全性和经济性的前提下,结构设计提升了建筑的使用功能和建筑形态。
As the railway junction with integration of station,railway,maglev train and metro,the East Hangzhou Railway Station is 260 000m2 in construction area with complex appearance.The main building is a 2-storey frame(partly 3-storey) above the ground with 1-storey basement,the RC or PRC structure is used for the 1st floor and below;the rest is steel structure.Inclined elliptical steel columns with inverted cone shape,inclined lattice steel pipe columns and large-span spatial steel truss with variable cross section are adopted for roof structure.Inclined elliptical steel columns with steel beams or castellated beams are used on the 3rd floor with the largest span of 46.55m.While CFST columns with steel trusses are applied to the 2nd floor,which was used as waiting hall.On the 1st floor are the CFST columns with SRC beams for railway bridge structure and CFST columns with PRC beams for station structure.The whole structure system adopted has clear mechanical performance and coincides with the architectural appearances.Lots of analysis were made for complicated structures and steel pipe joints,and verified by the corresponding structural tests.The human comfort on large-span steel structure floor was preliminarily analyzed and TMD system was adopted.The aseismic joints are adopted to reduce the temperature-induced structural internal forces and raise the economical index.The structure improves the architectural performances with safety and economy.
