摘要
目的:建立市、县级疾病控制机构突发公共卫生事件应急能力评价指标体系。方法:对市、县级疾病控制机构应急能力现状进行调查,通过专家咨询,应用聚类分析等方法筛选指标,运用模糊综合评价法计算指标权重。结果:市、县级疾病控制机构突发事件应急能力评价指标体系包括6个1级指标,18个2级指标,62个3级指标。
Objective：Establish public health emergency capabilities evaluating index system of municipal and country CDC.Method：In-vestigate the status of municipal and county CDC Public Health Emergency capabilities through expert questionnaire consult,screening index by Clustering analysis,use fuzzy evaluating method to establish index weight.Result：Municipal and county CDC Public Health Emergency capabilities evaluating index system includes 6 first-level index,18 second-level index and 62 third-level index.
