摘要
由于口岸突发公共卫生事件具有突发性、偶发性,往往因缺少必要的技术、物质与实验室网络的准备与保障,易造成口岸卫生检疫工作的慌乱,不能及时、有效控制事件的发生、发展,极大损害口岸卫生检疫工作者技术执法的形象,甚至危及国家的政治、经济与社会安定。因此,口岸突发公共卫生事件的应急处置,需要在平时做好应有的准备并需要建立一套良好的保障体系予以维持。文章就口岸突发公共卫生事件处置工作保障体系建设的5个方面进行尝试性探讨。
The frontier port public health emergency has sudden and accidental character. Because of being short of essential emergency support, it may bring about port public health danger. Therefore the construction of emergency support system for public health emergency is important in dealing with contingency timely and orderly, and also the important measure in establishing port emergency mechanism. The paper discussed construction of port emergency support system deal with public health emergency in the five aspects.
