摘要
微球给药系统可实现药物的靶向给药,其在药物的缓控释放等方面表现出良好的应用前景,因而成为近年来药剂学领域的研究热点之一。高分子载体材料(Polymer Carriers)是随着药物学研究、生物材料科学和临床医学的发展而新兴起来的,是一类具有优良生物相容性、生物可降解性、可加工性,经过安全性评价并应用于药物制剂的高分子辅料,主要包括乙基纤维素、淀粉、壳聚糖、海藻酸盐、明胶、丝素蛋白、白蛋白、玉米醇溶蛋白、聚乳酸及聚羟基乙酸等。近年来,高分子载体材料在药用微球中的应用日益广泛。本文从不可降解性和可降解性两个方面,综述了不同的高分子载体材料在药用微球中的应用研究进展。
Drug delivery system of microspheres can realize the target delivery of drugs. They exhibit a good prospects in the sustained-release and controlled-release drug delivery systems. In recent years,the application of pharmaceutical microspheres had been one of the research focus. Polymer carriers are developmented with pharmacology, biomaterials and clinical medicine, they are pharmaceutical excipients which possess excellent biocompatibility, biodegradability, processing property and meeting safty standard. They include ethyl'cellulose, starch, chitosan, alginate, gelatin, silk fibroin, albumin, zein, PLA and PLGA. Currently, the application of polymer carriers on the pharmaceutical mierospheres is attractive to the pharmacists. Based on the degradability,the polymer carriers can be divide into non-degradable and degradable polymer. This review summarizes the application and advances on the different types of polymer carriers for the pharmaceutical microspheres.
