摘要
针对北京地铁钢轨异常波磨问题,从轮对角度出发,探讨轮对振动与钢轨异常波磨之间的关系;根据北京地铁钢轨异常波磨现场调查及测试发现的轮轨共振现象,建立轮对三维有限元分析模型;分别对动车和拖车轮对进行垂向及扭转振动分析,提出轮对振动与钢轨异常波磨之间的联系。
The paper studies the formation of short-pitch corrugations on Beijing metro lines from the perspective of wheel set vibration.Based on the resonance of wheel and rail from in-situ investigations and field tests,3-D finite element models of the wheel set were set up.Numerical analysis was carried out to analyze the wheel set vertical vibration and torsional vibration both for the mobile train and for the trailers.Based on the results,the relationship between rail corrugation and wheel set vibration has been revealed.
