摘要
随着新课程改革的贯彻落实,课堂教学多了些新颖的形式和活跃的教学行为,却丢失了宝贵的东西——有效,这折射出一个令人深思的问题——如何提高体育课堂教学的有效性。课程与教学的变革和发展需要一线体育教师的积极参与,提出体育教师如何通过课堂有效教学来提高驾驭课堂的能力。
With the deepening of the reform in the new curriculum, the classroom teaching possesses some origi- nal forms and active teaching action, but loses something valuable the effectiveness, which reflects a problem： how to make the gym lessons effective. The reform and development of curriculum and teaching need the active participation of gym teachers. This paper discusses how gym teachers improve their ability to manage classrooms through effective classroom teaching.
