摘要
江苏省吴江市2006年1月从美国引进弗吉尼亚栎种子后,经5年引种栽培试验,其实生苗生长良好,年均生长量50～60cm。采用不同浓度的NAA和IBA对1年生顶稍和中部枝条进行扦插繁殖对比试验,IBA1000mg/L速蘸处理的中部枝条生根效果最佳,成活率达75.0%,可用于快繁生产。
Quercus virginiana seeds were introduced from the United States in January,2006.After planted in Wujiang City for 5 years,the seedlings grew well with the mean annual height growth increment of 50~60 cm.Different concentrations of naphthyl acetate and indoly butyric acids were used to treat with the cuttings from the top and middle part of the annual shoots.The results show that,the cuttings dealt with 1 000 mg/L indoly butyric acid got the best survival rate of 75%.This method can be used in rapid propagation.
