摘要
国际金融危机使我国沿海各省的临港经济受到冲击,由于河北省内向型经济特征明显,对国际市场的依赖较小,临港经济所受的冲击小于其它外贸依存度较高的沿海省份。但是,河北的临港经济发展路径需要做出如下选择:促进临港工业聚集;发展循环经济,增强持续发展能力;依托河北港口集团,整合港口资源,促进省内各港口合理分工。
The international finance crisis stroke port economy of Chinese coastal provinces.Because the internal-oriented economy dominates Hebei province,it depends little on international markets.By contrasting with other coastal province with high foreign trade reliance,Hebei port economy suffered more slightly from this financial crisis.On this backgrounds,Hebei port economy should do like this： to promote industrial agglomeration near ports;to development cycling economy and strengthen sustainable development ability;to integrate port resources and promote reasonable divide among ports in the whole province.
