摘要
通过测定土壤微生物量、土壤呼吸强度、土壤酶、全氮等指标,研究了不同尿素施用量对潮土土壤微生物区系的影响。结果表明:土壤中细菌生物量在9 g/m2尿素施用量时最大,之后随着浓度的升高而降低;蔗糖酶与蛋白酶活性均在12 g/m2时达到最高;多酚氧化酶活性随尿素浓度升高而增强;土壤呼吸强度随处理浓度增加而增加,在6 g/m2处达到顶峰;全氮含量在加入尿素9g/m2时最高。表明尿素适宜浓度有益于土壤微生物数量和酶活性的提高,过高则微生物数量和酶活性下降。
The effect of different urea application rates on the soil microflora in alluvial soil was studied by determining quantity of edaphon,soil respiration intensity,soil enzyme and total nitrogen.The results showed that the biomass of soil bacteria reached maximum when urea application rate was 9 g/m2,then decreased with increasing urea application rate;the activity of invertase and protease reached highest when urea application rate was 12 g/m2;the activity of polyphenol oxidase enhanced with elevated concentration of urea;the soil respiration intensity increased with increasing concentration of urea,which reached peak with nitrogen concentration of 6 g/m2;the highest content of nitrogen was showed when the application rate of urea was 9 g/m2.Therefore,it proved that the suitable urea concentration is beneficial to increase amount of edaphon and activity of enzyme,but too high urea concentration will decrease amount of edaphon and activity of enzyme.
