猫儿山常绿阔叶林土壤微生物群落功能多样性的季节动态 被引量:6

Seasonal Dynamics of Soil Microbial Functional Diversity of Evergreen Broadleaved Forest in Mao’er Mountain

摘要 为研究不同季节猫儿山常绿阔叶林土壤微生物群落功能多样性的变化规律,采用Biolog-Eco平板的方法对其碳代谢功能多样性进行了分析测定。结果表明:随着培养时间的增加,土壤微生物群落平均颜色变化率(AWCD)也逐渐增大。不同季节土壤微生物的AWCD排序为:夏季>秋季>春季>冬季。不同季节6类碳源的利用强度排序与AWCD一致,氨基酸类、酯类和胺类碳源有较高的利用强度。不同季节土壤微生物群落碳源利用多样性指数分析结果表明不同季节间的Shannon指数差异显著,夏季与其他3个季节之间的差异显著(p<0.05);秋季土壤微生物Simpson优势度指数最高,夏季最低。主成分分析(PCA)结果表明,季节变化对土壤微生物群落碳源代谢有显著影响,氨基酸类、醇类和羧酸类是不同季节土壤微生物群落代谢特征起分异作用的主要碳源。相关性分析结果表明,土壤有机质、全磷、全钾和速效磷含量等土壤理化性质与微生物群落功能多样性指数之间密切相关,其可能是造成不同季节常绿阔叶林土壤微生物群落功能多样性差异的主要原因。 Biolog-Eco plate analysis was used to study the functional diversity of soil microbial communities of different seasons(Spring,summer,autumn and winter)of evergreen broadleaved forest in Mao’er moutain.The results showed that the average well color development(AWCD)increased over time.The AWCDs in different seasons in an order of summer>autumn>spring>winter.The utilization of 6 kinds of carbon source in different season in the same order of the AWCDs,with amino acids,esters and amines being the main carbon sources.The Shannon and simpson indexes of soil microbial communities in different seasons indicated that the Shannon indexes between different seasons were significant different,the Shannon index in summer was significantly higher than other seasons(p<0.05),Simpson dominance index was the highest in autumn and the lowest in summer.Principal component analysis results showed that there was a significant different of carbon source utilization in different seasons,amino acids,alcohols and carboxylic acids were the main carbon sources for the differentiation in different seasons.The correlation analysis results indicated that soil organic matter,total phosphorus,total potassium and available phosphorus could be the main reasons for the variation of microbial community diversity in the soils in different seasons.
