摘要
企业组织结构的合理性及混乱程度一般认为是无法量化和衡量的,只能通过组织内部各项定性指标来进行评价。热力学概念熵是揭示系统无序程度的物理定量方法,而企业的系统性、开放性为企业组织结构熵的提出提供了必要条件。在企业管理中引用熵理论,有利于更加直观地了解组织结构合理性问题。通过耗散结构理论对无序、混乱、熵值较高的组织结构引入"负熵"进行改造,降低企业组织结构熵值,使组织结构向有序化方向发展。
It is common believed that the rationality and the degree of disorder of the organizational structure of enterprise can not be quantified and measured easily,but they only can be evaluated by various kinds of indexes of inside organizations.The concept of thermodynamic entropy is a quantitative method to reveal the degree of disorder system,and the systematic and openness of enterprise provides essential condition for the proposal of the organizational structure entropy.It is more intuitional to realize the rationality of the organizational structure of enterprise by quoting the entropy theory in the management theory of enterprise.Finally,we could reduce the value of the entropy of the organizational structure of enterprise and guide the development of the organizational structure to an orderly direction by introducing the "negative entropy" to transform the organizational structure whose status is disorder,confusion and a higher value of the entropy,through the theory of the dissipative structure.
