摘要
对某重型车辆的液力缓速器系统进行研究。依据台架试验数据和神经网络理论建立了液力缓速器数学模型。基于AMESim建立了液压控制系统模型。基于MATLAB/Simulink建立整车制动模型和PID控制器模型。通过MATLAB-AMESim联合仿真验证液压控制系统的控制性能。仿真结果表明这套液压控制系统和控制算法具有良好的恒力矩控制性能,与试验结果对比也验证了基于联合仿真的液力缓速器液压控制系统研究方法是具有实用意义的。
The hydraulic retarder control system was studied through the research on a heavy vehicle hydraulic retarder system.Hydraulic retarder model was set up through test data and Artificial Neural Network(ANN).The hydraulic control system was built based on AMESim.The PID Controller model and whole vehicle brake model were built based on MATLAB/Simulink.In order to verify control system performance,the MATLAB/Simulink-AMESim co-simulation was carried out.Simulation result shows that control system has good constant torque control performance.The co-simulation model and control algorithm are proved to be practical by comparing with test data.
