FDI知识溢出、自主R&D投入与内资高技术企业创新能力——基于中国高技术产业分行业动态面板数据模型的检验 被引量:40

Knowledge Spillovers of FDI,Independent R&D Inputs and Innovation Abilities of the Domestic High-tech Enterprises

摘要 基于知识生产函数,利用1995~2008年中国高技术产业17个细分行业的面板数据,本文研究了FDI知识溢出和自主R&D投入对内资企业创新能力的影响。研究表明,内资企业自主R&D投入是形成其创新能力的最主要因素;外资企业R&D活动对内资企业产生了一定的知识溢出效应,在一定程度上推动了内资企业创新能力的提高;FDI知识溢出效应主要发生在中等外资开放程度的行业中,对外资开放程度较低的行业和对外资开放程度过高的行业,由于内外资企业之间经济联系较少或技术差距悬殊,并没有产生显著的FDI知识溢出效应。 This paper examines the effects of FDI knowledge spillovers and independent R&D inputs on innovation abilities of domestic enterprises based on knowledge production function,using dynamic panel data of 17 sub-sectors of the high-tech industries in China from 1995 to 2008.We find that:(1)R&D inputs of domestic enterprises are the most important factors for their innovation abilities.(2)R&D activities of foreign-invested enterprises cause knowledge spillovers to the domestic enterprises,and promote the innovation abilities of domestic enterprises to some degree.(3)However,knowledge spillovers of FDI mainly occur in the moderate FDI openness sectors.In the low-level and high-level FDI openness sectors,there is no evidence of knowledge spillovers from FDI because of a lack of economic ties or the large technology gap between the domestic and foreign-invested enterprises.
