摘要
目的:观察维生素B12穴位注射足三里为主保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症与对照组的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例),两组均采用中药熏洗、理疗等综合治疗,治疗组加用维生素B12穴位注射足三里,两个疗程后比较疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率78.33%,疼痛改善率83.33%;对照组的总有效率65.00%,疼痛改善率70.00%。;两组总有效率及疼痛症状改善率比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射足三里是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。
Objectiv Observation point injection of vitamin B12 mainly Zusanli conservative treatment of lumbar disc herniation and the clinical effect of the control group. Method 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The two groups using traction, massage, acupuncure, traditional Chinese medicine a comprehensive treatment of Fumigation. Treatment group with point injection of vitamin B12 Zusanli compare efficacy. Result The total effective rate in treatment group is 78.33%. Pain to improve the rate of 83.33%. Control group, the total efficiency is 65.00%. Pain to improve the rate of 70.00%. The total effective rate and to improve the rate of pain were significantly different in the two group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Zusanli point injection treatment of lumbar disc herniation is an effective way.
